Commercial production of ball pen inks
Hi-Tech’s motto is to provide the customer with the best writing inks at the most affordable prices and in addition to that also provide the best services to the customer.
Mr. K.B.Mody the founding partner had been to Formulabs U.S.A. in 1986 & 1988 for training in manufacturing technology, quality parameters and testing in writing inks and its raw materials. Under his guidance and training he has passed on his legacy to his son Mr. Saurabh Mody.
Mr. Saurabh Mody is himself an engineer and is associated with the company since last 15 years and along with Mr. Ravat Dangar the other founding partner are actively engaged in the development of the company and the quality of its products.
Hi-Tech’s writing inks are now very well accepted by the ball-pen industry in India. This is due to the persistent and repeatable high quality standards that are maintained in our inks. The company has a present installed capacity of 200 tons per annum and has planned for additional capacity of 300 tons per annum within 2022.
The company has a well-equipped laboratory for the quality testing of incoming raw materials and for quality control of the finished goods. The quality of inks is monitored at every stage of production right from the raw material stage to the semi-finished stage and the final product.

Hi-Tech Writing Industries manufactures Fluid Inks, Superior quality inks, Low viscosity Inks, Regular Quality Inks, Ulta Low visocity inks and inks as per customers request and requirement. In addition to the standard colours of Blue, Black and Red we provide inks in Green, Iceblue, Pink, Purple, Orange, Turqoise Blue, Brown, Yellow, Golden etc. We can also make special coloured inks as per customer’s requirements. We have revolutionized the pen industry with our perfumed inks which are very much in demand.
We are also engaged in manufacturing of Refill Grease (Ink Follower) used in metal jotter refills and plastic refills. The latest development from Hi-Tech’s lab are RX-Series ink with 24 month shelf life and . The ink’s usp is the excellent writing smoothness, deep colours and minimalistic gooping.
